The word Cote is inspired by the French word côte, meaning “coast” – a quiet nod to our West Coast roots and the values we bring to this work: openness, movement, and the natural rhythm of healing.

Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, we respectfully acknowledge that our practice is located on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), and səl̓ílwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. Individual Counselling

Trauma Counselling

We utilize specialized techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support nervous system regulation, reprocessing, and long-term healing.


Counselling for Teens

Adolescence can be a turbulent time, filled with emotional, social, and developmental challenges. Our teen counselling services provide a supportive environment where teens can express themselves and work through issues like stress, anxiety, identity exploration, and peer relationships. We use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help teens build insight and confidence in themselves.


Couples Counselling

Group Therapy (IFS-Informed)
